In this 5-day Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat you are invited to let go of the stress and demands of everyday life and find complete mind and body relaxation with the support of THE CAMPUS health and wellbeing experts. Our programme is designed to guide you to reconnect with yourself through movement, nature, food, meditation and wellbeing practices.
- Full board with daily vegetarian or vegan meals Monday-Friday (excluding arrival and departure day);
- One activity: choose from tennis/padel, a bike tour or group personal training session (subject to availability);
- Chakra alignment and healing sounds workshop;
- Full use of our High Performance Centre facilities that includes access to the gym, fitness group classes, recovery suite and spa area;
- Meditation walk around the salt lakes;
- Walk to the beach followed by beach meditation and journaling;
- Stretch and relaxation sessions;
- A trip to our Q Farm where you can pick your own vegetable followed by interactive cooking experience;
- One holistic therapy: choose from acupuncture, deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, back, neck and shoulders massage or reflexology (subject to availability).
