Terms and conditions

  • Our Best Flexible Golfer Rate requires no minimum length of stay.
  • Access to the Quinta Card is only applicable for stays with a minimum of three consecutive nights.
  • Payment is only required upon check in. The credit card supplied at the time of booking will only be held to guarantee the booking and will only be charged if cancelled within the penalty period.
  • Free cancellations are permitted until 48 hours prior to arrival.
  • In the event of a cancellation between 48 and 24 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the full stay will be charged to the credit card supplied at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, non arrival and or early departure, the full stay will be charged.
  • Shuttle transfers between the hotel and the golf courses must be arranged through our Reservations Team at least 48 hours prior to play. Last minute changes and or no shows are subject to a €15 fee per person, per transfer, payable at either the hotel or golf reception.
