With your own Magnolia Cottage as a base, there is also time to slow down and explore the Ria Formosa at your own pace by bike.

Reservations must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance of arrival in order to secure all included experiences.


Flexible Rate
•    Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card at the time of booking
•    A 30% prepaid non refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation
•    The remaining balance is to be settled upon check in
•    Reservations may be cancelled up to 10 days prior to arrival with no penalty on the remaining balance
•    Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total stay
•    In the event of non arrival or early departure, the full stay will be charged
•    The Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable cancellation or no show fees to the credit card provided at the time of booking without prior notice where applicable

•    Full payment is required at the time of reservation
•    In the event of amendment, cancellation or no show, the total amount paid is non refundable
